Aligned Developmental Services is a pediatric therapy practice in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, partnering with families and schools to support children through every stage of growth. Through occupational, speech, and physical therapy, parent coaching, and school-based services, we provide individualized care for children from birth through 21 across Central Pennsylvania. Our educational services are available nationwide.

What ages does Aligned Developmental Services work with?
We support children from birth through age 21 with outpatient occupational, speech, and physical therapy, and we also offer services for neurodivergent adults. Through different programs and systems, we address your child's needs across environments and across the lifespan.
What does a whole-child, neurodiversity-affirming approach mean?
It means we look at the full picture of a child's development, including communication, sensory needs, emotional regulation, motor skills, relationships, and environment, rather than a single challenge in isolation. We treat differences in thinking and learning as strengths to support, and we build care around who each child already is.
Do you work with schools and districts?
Yes. We partner with school districts, educational programs, and community organizations to provide contracted occupational, physical, and speech therapy, counseling, evaluations, and consultation. We also offer staff training and professional workshops nationwide, available in person or through teletherapy to give districts flexibility in accessing qualified clinicians.
Do you offer in-person and online therapy?
Yes. We offer in-person services across South Central Pennsylvania and virtual telehealth services statewide throughout Pennsylvania, so families can choose what works best for their child. Both settings follow the same individualized, whole-child approach.
